THE PERROTT CASE.

DECISION OP JUDGE. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] . [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Monday, 9.15 p.m.) SYDNEY, L.N. Mr. Justice Gordon dismissed Mrs Perrott's petition for a judicial separation on technical grounds. He said if he was at liberty to show his disapprobation and punish the respondent for the former cruelty to his wife, he would have no hesitation in so doing. But that conduct had ceased, and there was no chance of its ent to pay the costs, he said that although the facts in the case were not f-uffioient to entitle the petitioner to a iudicial separation on the ground of cruelty, they were such as to entitle her to successfully defend a suit for restoration of conjugal rights, if brought against her by her husband.
