The "New York World's" Chicago correspondent says there is considerable belief in Republican circles that Warren Harding may make a unique appeal to the American electorate, by v itning the Cabinet which he will appoint if elected, thus people will know w' o will compose the Government. Republican leaders are considering the following Cabinet appointments, wir.ch the people will be likely to receive favourably:—Mr Root or Senator Knox for Secretary of State; air Hughes. Attorney-General; Prank A. Vanderlip. Secretary of the Treasury; General Wood. Secretary of War; exSen dor Weeks, Secretary of the Navy; T»Tr Hoover Secretary of Commerce.
