MR OUDDIE AND MR REAKES LEAVE FOR ENGLAND.

Wellington, Dec. 9. Mr D. Cuddie, Dairy Commissioner, leaves Wellington next Friday for Great Britain where he intends to inspect dairy produce as it arrives from New Zealand and to follow it to the warehouses of those handling it and see for himself how it carries and defrosts for sale. Mr Cuddie will visit various manufacturing centres of rival countiies and generally acquire all knowledge and information regarding the industry which may prove useful and profitable to the New Zealand producer. Mr C. J. Reakes, assistant-Chief Veterinarian, leaves for Britain on Friday to inaugurate the Home inspection of "New Zealand meat.
