LYCEUM THEATIiE.

One of the most important side shows at the Sale of Work in the Lyceum Theatre on Wednesday and Thursday E_vt in connection with St. Peters ChoTch, will be a series of ventriloquial per. . inances by a clever local entertain ■. There will also be other shows of a diverting character, and various competitions which will be held should further enable the visitors to spend an enjoyable evening. Refreshments will be obtainable on each evening. The articles to bo disposed of at the sale have been carefully selected by the lady supporters of the Church,and will be sold at greatly reduced prices, in order to effect their clearance,

The sale of work will be officiary opened on Wednesday afternoon by the Mayoress, Mrs Snelson.
