LONDON’S BAD RECORD.

(Rec. 10.20 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 28. The first report issued by Scotland Yard since the war shows that road accidents are again increasing in the Metropolitan police area. Casualties in the July-September quarter of 1945 rose to 7451 as compared with a quarterly average of 50CO in 1943-44, The number of private cars and motorcycles involved in accidents rose steeply from May as more came on the roads.
