(11.40 a.m.) NEAV YORK, Dec. 28Although uncertain of its future, the Far-Eastern Advisory Commission left Hamilton Field, California, by air for Japan. The chairman (Mr McCoy) said the commission was proceeding on its original orders and would tour Jat>an unless ordered back. Those departing comprised representatives of the United States, Britain, France, China, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, India, the Netherlands, and the Philippines. A State Department spokesman at W ashington was of the opinion that under the new agreement the original Far Eastern Advisory Commission body would remain intact, except for the addition ;of Russia.
