IRAQ’S POST-WAR POLICY
(Rec. 10.50 a.m.) BAGHDAD, Dec. 28Iraq’s post-war policy was defined by the Regent (Emir Abdul Illah) in an address to both Houses of Parliament. He said it was based on the following programme: First, on security secondly, on an improved standard of living, with health services for peasants and help for old people ; thirdly, on social justice. Under this new policy there would be no racia or religious discrimination. Political parties would be able to resume their activities.
