GERMAN BLACK MARKET

The British police, in. an intensive drive to smash the black market in the rich agricultural province of Westphalia, bordering on the faminethreatened Ruhr, confiscated 1422 tons of foodstuffs, 10.000 cggs. and more than 500 cattle and arrested 800 black marketeers.
