FEILDING STOCK SALE
SMALLER ENTRIES. There were light enries on all classes at the Fei'.ding stock sale yesterday, except for the "fat sheep section, which totalled over 2000 head. The market for fat sheep was steady, with wether mutton slightly below usual prices. The store sheep were not in groat demand, the top lines in lambs being the most sought after. For fat cattle and store cattle prices remained steady. A good demand was evident for dairy cattle, and good prices were maintained. Station cattle were not sought keenly.
