New York. —The Budapest correspondent of the New York Times says that the German army of occupation in Serbia is systematically looting the Serbians and foreigners, including Americans. London.—The Daily Telegraph’s special correspondent from the French frontier says a court-martial at Clermont sentenced 50 French soldiers for aiding a foreign Power and supporting General do Gaulle, including four death sentences and twelve life sentences. The remainder received from a year upwards.
