GERMAN REPRISALS.

(1.40 p.m.) STOCKHOLM, March 13. The Germans have decided to courtmartial about 70 inhabitants of the Lofoten Islands for maintaining relations with the Norwegians in London and assisting the British. The Norwegian Press states that they will be punished according to war’s iron law. Quisling, in a speech at Oslo, said: We are obliged to use force and intend to change the Norwegians’ mentality and make Norway a strong Norwegian nation and a Germanic outpost of the Greater Germanic Union. King Haakon shall pay for the Lofoten kidnapping. He is our Enemy No. 1.
