Japanese-Argentine Trade. The Foreign Office spokesman (Mr Y. Suma) has confirmed the JapaneseArgentine barter “agreement of views” reached on March 15. Japan is to buy annually 30,000.000 yon worth of Argentine products, including wool, meat, casein and wheat, while the Argentine will buy the same value of Japanese goods, granting foreign exchange at a rate on the most favoured basis.
