AWAPUNI HOME MATRON. “I would like to expres my keen appreciation of the work done by the matron of the home. During the past year Miss AA’right has repeatedly had to face difficult situations owing to shortage of staff, and the fact that the homo has run so smoothly in spite of these difficulties reflects credit on her,” reported the secretary (Mr A. J. Phillipps) to the meeting of the Palmerston North Hospital Board yesterday afternoon.
