Cabinet lias congratulated M. Lebrun (President) on visibly strengthening Anglo-French, ties and friendship.
Cabinet has decided on new decrees relating tc frontier defence, increasing the Navy effectives and opening credits for industrial expansion.
M. Bonnet (Foreign Minister) has issued a long statement with regard to the London conversations.
M. Daladier (Premier) has urged M. Lebrun tc stand for reelection, assuring him that it is the desire of the whole country. M. Blum’s newspaper, Populaire, declares that M. Lebrun is standing down.
