ALLEGED ARRESTS.
JAPANESE IN SINGAPORE. PROTEST TO BRITAIN. (independent Cable Service.) Received January 26, 10.30 a.m. TOKIO, Jan. 25. The Foreign Office states that representations are being made in London against the arrest in Singapore of several prominent Japanese, including representatives of the Mitsui Bank and the Mitsubishi Shipping Co.
