STAKES AT TRENTHAM

Awapuni horses which competed at the Trentham summer meeting won six races and secured nine minor piaoings, collecting stakes totalling £2035. This was quite a substantial share of the programme to bo brought homo by ten horses. Lady Ina was the chief winner with £SOO, next in order being The Bigot with £2BO, Diamond Cutter £270, La Bru £250, Bumble and Old Bill each £2lO, Golden Ridge £l2O. Florence Mills £IOO, Ecstatic £6O and Laughing Lass £35.
