Mr T. Gardner, who has been spending several weeks in the Auckland province, has returned to Woodville. Successful candidates in the recent matriculation examinations included J. A. Grady (Silverstream), a onetime student of the Pahiatua Convent School, and son of Air and Airs A. Grady, of AA’oodville. Air and Mrs J. S. Donaldson, of Ashburton, arc at present spending a holiday with their daughter, Airs H. Pctterson. of Ross Street. Mr and Mrs H. Cox. of New Plymouth, and formerly of Dannevirke, are visiting relatives in AVoodville. Airs J. Grant, of Palmerston North, lias l>een spending a few days at Papatawa. Air and Mrs Price and family (Sydney) are the guests of Air and Mrs j. S. Nelson, Papatawa. They are on a tour of the North Island.
