DEFENCE OF INTEGRITY. KAUNAS (Kovno), Dec. 16. The Foreign Minister (M. Urbshys), discussing the election, in which the Germans secured 25 seats in the Diet and the Lithuanians 4, said that Lithuania would not discuss an illegal solution of the Memel question, and would do her utmost to defend her integrity. The Foreign Minister suggested that the signatories of the Memel Convention confer with Germany to seek a satisfactory definition of it.
