CITIZENSHIP RESTORED.

EX-KING ALFONSO. BURGOS, Dec. 16. General Franco has issued a decree restoring the full rights of Spanish citizenship to ex-Iving Alfonso, of which he was deprived in 1931 by the Republican Government. The decree also annuls all the Republic’s later laws depriving him of his property in Spain.

Ex-King Alfonso’s private secretary said to-day that, His Majesty would go to Spain if he was asked, but he had not yet been invited.
