THE LONDON MARKET. Received May 27, 1.5 p.m. LONDON, May 26. The butter market during the past week in London has displayed an easier tendency, and a quiet tone has prevailed on the cheese market. Current quotations are as follow, those previously cabled being included in parenButter.—Danish, 123 s to 125 s (1275). Choicest salted: New Zealand, 125 s (128 s); Australian, 122 s (1255). Unsalted : New Zealand, 2s premium (129 s to 130 s) ; Australian, 2s premium (1.265). '■ Cheese. —New Zealand: White, 70s (not quoted) ; coloured, 70s (not quoted). Australian: White, 68s (not quoted); coloured, 68s (not quoted).
