DEATH DURING ADDRESS. Received Mare 1 ' 21, 10 a.m. SOFIA, March 20. M. Malinoff, a runner Premier and. Leader of the Democratic Party, died from a heart seizure to-day while speaking on democracy. He had roused great enthusiasm.
