The Chamber of Deputies on Tuesday will debate a Bill completing tho organisation of the nation in war time. It provides for the mobilisation of the fighting forces by the co-operation of the civil and military authorities under .•i single war command, the mobilisation of industry under a Minister specially appointed and the mobilisation of defence against aircraft. The underlying principles of the Bill are that everything and everybody must aid the defence-oi the nation and war must not be a source of profits.
