CIVIL ESTIMATES LESS.
SUM FOIt SECRET SERVICE. Received March 5, 10.35 a.m. LONDON. March 4. The Civil Estimates alone show a reduction of £lll,OOO to a total of £2,542,000, chiefly due to the provision made last year lor £302,000 for the Coronation and £33,000 for hospitality . The Secret Service absorbs £450,000, an increase of £IOO,OOO.
