TERRORISM IN BULGARIA.
RESTORATION OF CONSTITUTION Received February 28, 8.5. a.m. SOFIA, Feb. 26. Claiming that the terror and intimidation throughout Bulgaria was unparalleled in 50 years, the party leaders have strongly protested to King Boris demanding a restoration of the constitution. The protest, which follows the recent arrests, states that since 1934 the country has been governed by a “party of conspirators.”
