Horton, a director of the New Zealand Herald, Auckland, who is returning alter being seven months abroad, said that in Jimgiand greater care was being taken with the upbringing of young people. "Various Health programmes are being carried out, ana cniidreu are being taught to drink more milk and eat more wholesome food. Attempts art being made to organise more camps, and opportunities lor physical training,” lur Horton added. Mr Horton saia the high taxation in New Zealand and Australia was a deterrent to migration.
