PUBLIC ORDER.
THE BRITISH BILL. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 27, 11.30 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 26. The House of Commons to-day proceeded to a further consideration of the Bid prohibiting the wearing of uniforms in connection with political objects, and the maintenance by private persons of associations of a military character, and making provision for the preservation of order on the occasion of processions and meetings in public places.
