(From Our Own Correspondent.) BEACONSFIEI.D, July 1. The following is the result of Monday night’s cribha-go games in the Country Cribbage Association :—Kiwitea 26 v. Waituna 24; Stanway West 30 v. Stanway East 20; K:nibolton 29 v. Beaconsfield 21. The competition is now at a very interesting stage because one team is on top with 11 points followed closely by three teams with 10 points each. Stanway' East lead with 11 points, Kimbolton, Waituna, and Stanway West have 10 po nt3 each, Kiwitea £nd Cheltenham 7 points each, and Beaconsfield 5 points. The draw for Monday night next is as follows: —Waituna v. Stanway West, at Stanway; Stanway East v. Beaconsfield, at Beaconsfield; Cheltenham v. Kiwitea, at Kiwitea; Kimbolbn a bye. The following ladies are to represent tfie Beaconsfield Golf Club against Rangbvahia during tile week-end:—Mesdames R. Stuart. J. C. Williamson, D. Old, A. Wither, Misses J. Green. K. Younger, and N. Whitehead. The following ladies are hostesses for Saturday:—Mrs D. Old md Miss J. Green. Miss G. James, of Halcombe. is the guest of Mr and Mrs G. Entwistlo. Mrs J. Buchanan is holiday making in Taranaki.
