McCREADY BEATS BLOMFIELD. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Feb. 12. Six throws and six dumps by Karl McCready ended the professional wrestling limit, “Lofty” ITiomfield being unable to continue after the sixth round. Blomfield took a fall in the second round with a press following a series of hatches and a dump, hut suffered in the later rounds, when lie was twice caught in rocking chair splits and twice in standing splits. The pace was not very fast until Blomfield felled McCready with two flying tackles. Then the Canadian hurled Blomfield about in the series of throws which ended the bout. Blomfield took several minutes to regain his feet and had to be assisted from the ring.
