DANGEROUS PRACTICE.
EYEBROW PLUCKING.^ Received November 21, 1.25 p.m. LONDON. Nov. 20.
At the inquest at Birmingham on a girl who died from plucking her eyebrows, the doctor described it as a very dangerous practice. He said that most of tlie plucking was done under nonaseptic conditions, but it was not safe even if the skin and forceps were sterilised.
