STRIKE CALLED IN CAIRO. Received November 21, 1.25 p.m. CAIRO, Nov. 20. Serious disturbances are feared in consequence of the calling of a general strike for to-morrow. Lawyers will participate, and are refraining from appearing in any but criminal cases. Tlie students declare they will march through the bazaars and close all shops. The Arabic Press will cease publication as a protest against the restrictions, and tire extreme Nationalists urge tlie boycotting of the naval manoeuvres, which Sir Miles Lampson and Cabinet memliers will attend aboard tlie Queen Elizabeth.
