BOXING IN ENGLAND.
Received November 20, 9.30 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 19. The Australian boxer, Ambrose Palmer, has been signed to meet Eddie Phillips for the Empire light-heavy-weight' title at Wembley, probably on December 17.
