MINING DISPUTE
BECOMING MORE DANGEROUS. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) Received November 20, 1.10 p.mLONDON, Nov. 19. The News-Chronicle says the Barnsley miners overwhelmingly voted in favour of a strike throughout the coalfields. It is expected that when their leaders go to London they will urge the Minister of Mines to compel the owners to agree to an increase of 2s daily in wages on a national basis. The owners are adamant and the situation is becoming more dangerous daily.
