AMERICAN SCRAP-IRON.
Received November 20, 1.40 p.m. HALIFAX. Nov. 19. The freighter Farnham, loaded with United States scrap-iron .for Italy, has been held in port for" 20 hours, but has finally been freed as having started her journey before the sanctions became effective.
