Received March 14, 11.37 a.m. RUGBY, March 13. Sir John Simon and Mr R. A. Eden will fly to Berlin on Sunday, March 24, and the conversations with Herr Hitler will take place on March 25 and 26. The date of Mr Eden’s 'independent v-isit to Moscow is still under discussion with the Soviet Government. The Ministers of Estlionia, Latvia, and Lithuania to-day called separately on Sir John Simon to express on behalf of their i-esjiective Governments approval of the communique issued on February 3 at the end of the London conversations. The Ministers also stated as the vieiv of their Governments that European security in the East and the West is in fact ono question, and that measures to ensure security in the ltast are eminently to be desired.
