BRITISH CABINET.

RUMOURS OE CHANGES. HEALTH OFYHE PREMIER. LONDON, March 13. The Prime Minister’s indisposition lias revived the rumours of Cabinet reconstruction. Reliable authorities are of the opinion that a change will be made after the Jubilee celebrations; this means after July. Some believe that Mr Ramsay MacDonald will then relinquish the Premiership in favour of an office not involving departmental duties. Others are of the opinion that Mr MacDonald will surrender office to Mr Stanlev Baldwin earlier, in which' case few otlier changes may occur. Obviously, the deciding factor will be the state of Mr MacDonald’s health. Lord Horder, his physician, lias twice visited him this week. MR MACDONALD’S COLD. NOT FULLY RECOVERED. (British Official Wireless.) Received March 14, 11.37 a.m. RUGBY, March 13. The Prime Minister (Mr Ramsay MacDonald) had sufficiently recovered from his severe cold to come to London to-dav in order to preside over the usual weekly Cabinet meeting, but lie returned te Chequers afterwards. He will remain there until next week, when he hopes to resume liis Parliamentary duties.
