MAN FOUND DEAD.
ACTION BY POLICE. MELBOURNE, Jan. 14. James Albert Ross, aged 23, a labourer for whom 70 residents and polite have been searching since his disappearance from Tallarook on Friday, was found dead to-day in a creek with a bullet wound behind his right ear, his legs and arms bound, and a rock tied to his wrists.
The police subsequently detained a youth at Seymour. A later message states that a second man has been do* tained by the police.
