ROSE SHOW.

Those interested are reminded of the Rose Show to be held in the Empire Hall tomorrow. This is the last show of the financial year of the Palmerston North Horticultural Society, and it is hoped the public will attend in large numbers to show their appreciation of the labours of the committee in staging four excellent shows during the year. The show will be formally opened by Mr A. J. Graham, president of the Chamber of Commerce, at 2.30 p.m. In the evening, botween 7 and 8 o’clock, a musical programme, arranged by Mrs J. K. Paton, will add to the pleasure of the exhibition. The secretary will be at the Empire Hall this evening from 7 o’clock to receive entries.
