ASSOCIATED CHAMBERS.
THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE,
Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 1. The annual conference of the Associated Chambers of Commerce began this morning. Mr A. M. Seaman, of Auckland, presiding. Delegates from lb centres were present and were welcomed by the deputy-Mayor (Rev. J. K, Archer) Addresses were given by Mr K. Boulter (His Majesty’s Trade Commissioner) and Mr H. H. Sterling (chairman of the Railways Board). Remits are now being considered.
