AMERICAN TENNIS PLAYER.
SIGNS FILM CONTRACT. Received October 31, 1.10 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 30. . Frank Shields, the first player on the tennis ranking list in the United States, to-day signed a seven-year motion film contract. The contract does not call for playing tennis in pictures, so his amateur status will not be impaired.
