Received October 26, 1.25 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 25. The Home Office has circulated the film trade announcing that news reels in future must not contain gruesome scenes, such as dead and mutilated bodies, and other horrors. These will not be alloived. This is a result of the exhibition of the Marseilles assassination. The circular adds that if a film is of a political flavour it must first be censored so as not to offend the public.
