JUDGE’S COMMENT. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Oct: 25. Twelve-months’ imprisonment, concurrent with the terra of two months she is at present serving, was imposed by Mr Justice Ostler in the Supreme (Jourt to-day on. Olive Muriel Goodwin, married, who had pleaded guilty to theft, and obtaining money by false pretences. His Honour said that in view of her record probation was out of the question.
