DISCOVERED IN MADRID. AMMUNITION SEIZED. (Times Cables.) Received September 20, 12.20 p.m. LONDON, Sept. 19. The police have discovered evidence of a revolutionary plan to destroy the police headquarters and various Ministries by bombing. They seized a truck containing bombs and ammunition and found other bombs and arms in various parts of Madrid. A complete chemical laboratory was discovered, designed to manufacture high explosives. The Prime Minister stated that the Government was confident it was able to deal with any outbreak.
