EX-SOLDIERS’ SACRIFICE. PARIS, April 9. M. Doumcrgue (Prime Minister) is likely to reach an amicable arrangement with the ex-soldiers, who are preparing a scheme whereby they will voluntarily sacrifice £12,000,000. If this is accepted as sufficient it will rob ci\ jl servants of much support for their proposed demonstration.
