PREMISES RAIDED.

IRISH POLICE ACTION. Received December 1, 9.50 a.m. DUBLIN, Nov. 30. The police raided General O’Duffy’s and Mr Blythe’s residences, seeking documents. They, also searched the former headquarters of the Farmers’ League, which recently merged into the United Ireland Party. OBJECT EXPLAINED. SEARCH FOR ARMS AND DOCUMENTS. Received December 1 ,12.40 p.m. DUBLIN, Nov. 30. In the Dail, Mr Ituttledge, replying to Mr Cosgrave, said the raids on the homes of General O’Duffy and Mr Blythe were carried out because 'the police had reason to believe that treasonable documents, arms and ammunition might be found. General O’Duffy, in an interview, said the police found nothing, “because I had nothing to hide.” Mr Cronin’s house was also searched.
