SCENE AT FUNERAL.
EGYPTIAN NATIONALISM. K Received December 1, 8.5 a.m. f LONDON, Nov. 30. A Cairo message states that 22,000 followed the funeral cortege of the two airmen who were killed when an aeroplane belonging to a squadron of ten built in England for the Egyptian Air Force, while going to Cairo, crashed in a ravine near Rouen and caught firo.
.They converted the funeral into a political demonstration. There . were many shouts of “Long Live the Wafd. Egypt for the Egyptians.” The police prevented violence.
