STOCK YARD STRIKE.

TEMPORARY SETTLEMENT. Received November 30. 1.50 p.m. CHICAGO, Nov. 29. The Union stock yard strike was temporarily settled to-day with a 10 per cent, wage increase. The agreement was arrived at by arbitration through the medium of Mr Hutchins, of the University of Chicago. The president and chairman of the regional N.R.A. stated that all the men would be re-employed without discrimination.
