LIQUOR CONTROL.
BOARD IN AMERICA. Received November 30, 1.20 p.m. NEW YORK, Nov. 29. A Warm Springs message states that President Roosevelt to-day established a Federal Alcohol Control Administration with Mr John Choate, junr., a lawyer and personal friend, as “dictator” of the liquor industry, following the repeal of prohibition. The Advisory Board includes members of the Departments of Justice, Commerce and Agriculture.
