CONDITIONAL CREDIT.
AMERICA AND CHINA, WASHINGTON, Sept. 21. It-is announced, in regard to reports that Chinese interests are prepared to sell some of the supplies to Japan, that the recent extension of 50,000,000 dollars of credit to China for, the purchase of American wheat and cotton specified that the comma dities must be consumed domestically.
