PARLIAMENTARIANS’ VISIT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Sept. 20. A party of British members of Parliament is leaving London on a fortnight’s visit to Lithuania and Latvia as the guests of the Governments of those States. The object of the visit is to develop good relations, commercial and cultural.
