A BARGAIN SOUGHT.
LONDON FIRE-RAISER. LONDON, Sept. 20. The Daily Herald states that Harris, the ringleader of the London fire-raisers, agrees to give evidence against numerous police officers, assessors, business men, and others connected with fire-raising, if his sentence be reduced by five years. The Home Office hesitates to enter into a definite bargain.
